Right to Refuse Service
We value the safety of our providers. We expect them to treat clients with dignity and respect and we expect the same in return from our clients. If during the course of a scheduled appointment, our provider(s) at any time feel unsafe due to their physical surroundings or the behavior of a client, our provider(s) reserve the right to refuse treatment and vacate the premises immediately. In this circumstance no refunds will be issued for payment of the scheduled service.
*These circumstances may include but are not limited to: unrestrained animals, cluttered or unsanitary conditions, lewd behavior or comments, indecent exposure or unsolicited touch.
