Do I have to book my appointment online?

No. Simply fill out an appointment request form and our concierge team will be happy to schedule an appointment for you. We will be happy to help schedule an appointment that best fits your schedule and answer any questions you may have.

What are your hours?

We are open daily by appointment. Availability varies by location and provider. For more specific information you can contact us or you can access our online booking system directly by selecting your city here. You will then be able to see available services and pricing in your area. Clicking on the "schedule an appointment" button will take you the online booking page for that provider and you will see their available appointment times.

What areas do you service?

We are currently offering services throughout Arizona and Utah.  Go to https://mobilewellnesscare.com/select-your-city to see a list of cities currently offering services.

Is a membership required?

No. We offer affordable and straight-forward pricing without a membership.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

While there may be additional fees for add-on services or travel to remote areas outside of our service areas, there are no additional fees to the prices listed on our booking site.

Are tips required?

While tips are not required, they are appreciated and encouraged if you are happy with the service that you were provided.

How long does an appointment last?

Do you take insurance or medicare?

While we do not take any insurance or medicare, receipts are available that can be submitted to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

How soon can you come, or when is your next available appointment?

Yes! JaneApp allows you to manage appointments for yourself and your family members all under one account.

How do I select the type of appointment I need?

Simply fill out our service request form to choose your service and preferred time and our concierge team will take it from there. Alternatively you may visit https://mobilewellnesscare.com/select-your-service-area to see a list of our service areas. Click on your city to see available services and pricing in your area. If you see the service that you want, simply click the "schedule an appointment" button to see available times for that provider.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

No problem! You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment through the JaneApp platform. Just log in to your account, find your appointment, and make the necessary changes. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charge a $50 late cancellation fee.

Is there anything else I need to do before my appointment?

You may be prompted to fill out some intake forms or provide additional information before your appointment. This helps our providers better understand your needs and provide personalized care. In addition, please have a suitable space ready for the provider to use and be sure to wear clothing that is non-restrictive, comfortable and appropriate for the service you are receiving .

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. JaneApp uses SOC 2-audited servers to ensure secure data storage and handling. All data is encrypted using 128-bit encryption during transfer and 256-bit encryption when stored, similar to banking standards.

Is the privacy of my personal information protected?

Absolutely. JaneApp is compliant with major privacy regulations (HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR), ensuring that client data is handled with the highest privacy standards.

Can I view my past and upcoming appointments through the online platform?

Yes, JaneApp offers a patient portal where clients can manage appointments, fill out intake forms, access treatment plans, and review past appointments.

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Unfortunately, cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Are there discounts for family or group chiropractic adjustments?

Yes, discounts are offered when more than one individual receives a mobile chiropractic adjustment during the same appointment time and location. The more individuals there are that receive a treatment, the greater the discount.  For groups of four or more individuals, the price is only $49 for each person getting adjusted.

What additional therapies are available with a mobile chiropractic treatment?

Additional therapies will vary by provider but therapies currently being offered by our mobile chiropractors include:  Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), dry needling, electrotherapy, rehabilitative exercise, ART, PNF/Assisted Stretching and Kinesiology.  You can see what specific therapies are offered by each provider by viewing their profile.

What to Expect With a Standard Chiropractic Treatment

AFTER YOUR ADJUSTMENT

FAQ: Is Improvement Instant?

Many patients feel a lot better almost immediately after their adjustments. Especially if their bodies have spent years in misalignment, the relief will be highly noticeable and amazing. While patients’ responses do vary, most feel more relaxed and flexible after their mobile chiropractic adjustment. Other people report feeling powerful energy surging through their body because their nerves are working properly for the first time in years. Some feel a bit tired as their bodies want to heal and go to sleep to do so. It’s important to note that the relief you feel may not be permanent. In more severe cases, you may need to come back for several treatments before the spine is fully restored to proper alignment.

SLIGHT DISCOMFORT

In some cases patients feel crooked or a bit off, since they are now aligned for the first time in a long time, and their bodies have gotten used to the incorrect postures. In addition, people may feel a slight amount of soreness or aching feelings in the spinal joints. Soreness around the subluxation is normal because it’s the area where muscles have been pulling for a long time, so moving them any differently will cause some discomfort. Retracing is another common effect after an adjustment. People may revisit the discomfort of an old injury as their body is trying to heal. This is rarely a problem, but is an indication of deep healing. This usually happens within a few hours of the treatment, and doesn’t last longer than 24 hours. A mild analgesic can relieve these pain symptoms.

INTERNAL CHANGES

Sometimes patients don’t feel any differently after their first adjustment, which is also completely normal. This doesn’t mean that the adjustment didn’t work or that nothing has changed. The normal energy flow is newly restored in your body and it may take a few days before you notice a real outward effect. This shouldn’t discourage you from receiving chiropractic care! In most cases, your body won’t be completely healed after just one adjustment. Dr. Huston will guide you in the process every step of the way and let you know how you’re body is responding to the treatments as you go along. Don’t be afraid to ask questions! Keep an open communication with Dr. Huston so that you can effectively get the results that you want out of your adjustments.
